commonly used.
Here Coolant / Dust Proof fabrics are
pasted on various Laminating Materials for Rigidity &
Stability. These Bellows are Seamless and are suitable for Dry
Applications, Where chip load is less. They provide excellent dust
proof protection. |

The Third Typs is the Combination of both types previously
mentioned. Folded Bellow is stitched at edges along with PVC
stiffeners inside each fold.
Suitable for Dry as well Wet uses. These
Bellows are excellent for high speed conditions and are
aesthetically best looking. |

A ) We
can provide pre-drilled end M-S flanges for all our bellows as per
your drawings, so as
to be ready-to-fit.
B ) All our bellows are made from high quality industrial fabrics
and have appropriate PVC
stiffeners and end flanges.
C ) Wherever necessary - We provide 'Limit Band' or 'Pull Up
Band'. These Bands are fitted to the folds of bellow from outside or
inside as necessary.
The function is to make sure that each
fold opens to its stipulated length only and avoid partial bellow elongation or 'sagging'
of lower folds in case of vertical bellows.
D ) We can also custom design any Bellows as per your requirements
provided you submit your
specific needs in drawing. |

Quality round protection bellows have been made by us for over 25
years.
We have supplied these bellows in a number of materials - Chrome
Leather, Foam Leather, Canvases, Numerous Rexines, and Industrial
Fabrics-As per requirements. |

These are made in two distinct type
A) Stitching
B) Folding |
| |
Presently the standard method of manufacturing for perfectly round
and seal proof bellows is that of stitching individual 'LEAFS' to
each other. This kind of construction is not only aesthetically
good but also ensures an sturdy and durable bellow at reasonable
cost. |

We also manufacture folded bellows regularly for round protection
in different shapes like hexagonal and square in split fashion
with Velcro or push button fittings for closure. Non split folded
bellows (CLOSED BY PASTING) are also available. These are very
useful for protecting parts which cannot be removed - like Ball
Screws, Splines, Pneumatic, Hydraulic Cylinders, Various Shafts
etc. And where the bellows are to be fitted after assembly. |

We also provide sewn-folded bellows. These are folded bellows with
the PVC stiffeners stitched in-between folds for more rigidity. |

We can provide 'LIMIT' or 'PULL UP' band ( Limits fold opening to
safe value with a fabric band connecting each fold ). For folded
bellows, additional facilities, like guiding eyelets on outside
'EARS', done as per your specifications. |
